Step 1: Visualize where you want to install your garland and choose the perfect spot.
Step 2: Use a wipe to clean the surface where you'll apply the hooks.
Step 3: Let the surface dry.
Step 4: Peel the adhesive backing from the provided hook and attach it to your surface. Place hooks about a foot apart from both ends of the garland.
Step 5: Use the included Elastic 260 balloon to tie each balloon securely in place on the hook.

VOILA! Your garland is up and ready to make your celebration even more spectacular.

Removing Your Garland: When the party’s over, gently pull down on the hook adhesive tabs to remove them. Do not yank the hooks to prevent damage to your walls.
