At Delloons, we prioritize responsible balloon practices. Please avoid releasing balloons into the air as it negatively impacts the environment and wildlife.

Aftercare and Longevity
Once care has been transferred to our clients, Delloons is no longer responsible for the upkeep of balloon decor. While on-site, we take all necessary measures to ensure proper delivery and installation. Should any balloons pop or be defective during setup, we will replace them immediately. However, we cannot guarantee the longevity or integrity of your balloon displays once they are installed or delivered, as environmental factors significantly impact their lifespan.

Outdoor Balloon Decor and Displays
Delloons has no control over outdoor conditions like wind, sun, temperature, rain, or any weather elements that may affect your balloon decor. Please keep the following in mind for outdoor events:

• Sun and heat exposure (especially between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM) can damage balloons.
• Keep decor in a shaded area or under a tent to protect it.
• Outdoor conditions may cause balloons to pop, fog, deflate, or shift.
