In January 2021, it was official—what began as an Instagram account fueled by the love and support of friends and family became a fully registered business, opening doors to exciting opportunities. By July 2021, our passion had outgrown part-time dedication, leading to a life-changing decision. Dolly took a leap of faith, leaving her role as a Clinical Supervisor to pursue Balloons by Dulcet Soirées full-time, hand in hand with Eddie, determined to bring our vision to life. By November 2021, we expanded beyond decor, embracing teaching and mentorship, sharing our expertise with aspiring balloon artists, and growing our impact within the balloon community.

The summer of 2022 was a game-changer! From hosting our first in-person class to attending balloon conventions and large-scale builds, we fully immersed ourselves in the balloon industry to bring our clients the best designs and service. It was then that we made the bold decision to rebrand and evolve, giving life to Delloons—a name that blends Dolly + Eddie + Balloons! Our journey has been fueled by passion, creativity, and a commitment to delivering unforgettable balloon experiences.

At Delloons, our journey is driven by passion, creativity, and a commitment to sharing the art of balloon decor. We were honored to be instructors at the inaugural NYC Balloon Ball in 2022 and returned in 2023, as well as teaching at the first-ever Tuftex Experience Convention in Cleveland, Ohio. In addition, we proudly became ProTapes First Official Ambassador Creators of the Better Balloon Tape, Uglu, further cementing our expertise in the industry. These milestones have shaped our brand, solidified our expertise, and brought us to where we stand today—ready to elevate your celebrations with innovative, high-quality balloon artistry.

We are incredibly proud to be part of Team Tuftex Forever, representing the only latex balloon manufacturer in the USA and Canada. Additionally, We had the honor of being faculty at FLOAT 2024, the largest independent balloon convention in Chicago, Illinois. As We continue to grow, We’ve also relocated to Hackettstown, NJ, bringing our passion for balloon artistry to a new community. These milestones highlight our dedication to innovation, education, and excellence in the balloon industry!

2025 marks a monumental year for us as we proudly open our very first storefront, Delloons Boutique, located at 262 Main St, Hackettstown, NJ 07840! This new space allows us to bring the artistry of balloons directly to our community, offering custom balloon designs, grab-and-go options, and an immersive experience for all things balloons. As we expand our reach, we are also honored to return as faculty for the second Tuftex Experience in Columbus, Ohio, continuing our mission to educate and inspire fellow balloon artists. This year is all about growth, creativity, and sharing our passion like never before!
