If you are outside of the above-mentioned areas, please send us an email to check in with us since we are constantly expanding our service area. We also do travel!

Delloons can provide items for all budgets. Your budget is not too small for us to help you out. We do however required a minimum of $360 + taxes and delivery fee for on-site installations but no worries we do have many items available for pick-up and delivery. Delloons specializes in custom balloon décor. Please note that each set up its different and our pricing is based on the scale of the set up. Shop! We understand that sometimes events come up last minute, and we are here to help make your occasion special with beautiful balloon decorations on short notice. Our express service ensures that you get stunning balloon arrangements quickly without compromising on quality. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and timelines, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply for express services depending on the complexity and size of the order.

We use the best of the best and our balloons are professional grade; however the longevity of our balloons depends on several factors, including the type of balloon, environmental conditions, and how they are handled. Here’s a general guideline:

- Latex Balloons: Typically, last 6-8 hours when filled with helium. However, if

treated with a special sealant, they can last up to 2-3 days. Air-filled latex

balloons can last several days to a week or more when kept indoors in a climate control environment.

- Foil (Mylar) Balloons: Helium-filled foil balloons can last several days. Air-filled foil balloons can last much longer, often several weeks.

- Weather Conditions: Balloons exposed to direct sunlight, extreme heat, or cold may have a shorter lifespan. Indoor balloons generally last longer than those displayed outdoors.

- Proper Handling: Gentle handling and keeping balloons away from sharp objects, pets, and rough surfaces will help them last longer.

For specific events and needs, we can provide more detailed information and tips on how to maximize the longevity of your balloon decorations.

We recommend booking your décor at least two weeks in advance to ensure

availability and to avoid any rush fees. This timeframe allows us to plan and

execute your decorations with the highest quality and attention to detail.

However, we understand that sometimes you may need balloon décor on short notice. For these situations, we offer express services. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to check our availability and to see if we can accommodate your last-minute request. Additional charges may apply for express services depending on the complexity and size of the order.

We require a minimum of two hours for on site setups to ensure your balloon décor is arranged perfectly. However, we understand that some venues may have time constraints. If your venue does not allow for a two-hour setup, we can accommodate shorter set-up times, though additional fees may apply. For larger or more complex setups, we might need more than two hours. We will discuss the specific requirements and setup time needed once we have your order details. Our goal is to make sure your event looks fantastic, and that you are delighted with our service. We will work with you to ensure everything is set up smoothly and on time.

Yes, we do offer prop rentals! Please refer to our rental catalogue for a complete list of available items. Please note that our props are only available as an add-on to our balloon services.
