We advocate for responsible balloon practices! Do not release balloons into the air as they can heavily contaminate our environment and compromise wildlife.

Delloons is not responsible for balloons after care responsibilities have been transferred to our clients. While onsight, Delloons will take every measure necessary to ensure that delivery and installation of balloon services are carried out as contractually agreed upon. While under our care, any popped or defective balloons will be replaced.

Once installed or delivered, Delloons cannot guarantee a specific longevity or that the balloon displays will remain intact. Please note that environmental factors play a big role in the longevity of your balloon decor.

OUTDOOR DECOR AND DISPLAYS:

Delloons has no control over outdoor elements and environmental factors such as wind, sun, temperature, rain or any other facets of the weather that pose a risk to decor.
